Under no circumstances send cash through the post to us. We have no facility to accept cash and it could go missing in the post.
Advantage Sports returns policy is that if a customer returns goods in an unused/unworn condition, with the original delivery docket (as proof of purchase) and the original packaging within 28 days of the original purchase date, Advantage Sports will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased. If goods are returned after the 28 day period, after inspection of the goods Advantage Sports will offer an exchange only. If no valid reason is found for exchanging/replacing the goods Advantage Sports will return them to the purchaser.
Personalised embroidery or print garments cannot be returned for an exchange or refund, so please make sure of your garment size and personalisation detail before ordering this includes Club, School, University clothing and kit personalised with crests and initials. Please visit the Size Guide page for more information on before purchasing personalised garments.
When returning any products you are required to also return any additional products you received as part of an offer for buying a certain product online. When returning goods that have separate parts, you are required to return all the parts that were sent with the product.
Advantage Sports does not offer refunds on Clearance/Sale/Reduced Price garments or products These items can still be exchanged within the 28 day period as stated above.
Please note that for hygiene reasons gum shields, drinks bottles, abdo guards, underwear (including box briefs & jumbo shorts), swimwear, Surridge SUGS cannot be returned.
